LVT comes in either a click or glue down version. Click LVTs are fitted as floating floor. In both cases you do need a smooth subfloor but the glue down floor you will need less imperfections on your subfloor. At Dan Sheehan Floor Coverings we are able to provide a full floor smoothing service.
Click LVT is easier and quick to install and can be an option for people looking for a DIY project. The glue down LVT is a slower and more expensive process to fit but you can use feature strips and borders in their design giving you a more bespoke floor.
